Anyone familiar with the programming can probably guess that Kanye is likely childhood victim of this stuff by watching his work. I imagine if its true that he's seen pizzagate and mentioned it, they have taken him to reinforce his training. Often they say "they went to rehab" when this happens with a performance victim. It's often the case that seeing things like pizzagate go public will trigger memories of abuse.

Sometimes around age 30 memories begin to surface, but that's not a universal truth nor does it always occur at the same age. It tends to be the case where a person is free from their abusers in their adulthood but if the handlers are still in control through adulthood, the programming is constantly reinforced.
