Financial analysis of pizza
Need a customer count and comparisons to regular pizza places to get a picture of income from other sources. What is rent for these spaces. How rich are the owners?

Very rich. Pizza place has double the space of the neighboring properties. I recall the building was around $1,800,000, owned by Achilles LLC (not sure whether this is James Alefantis, or his father). Strangely Little Red Fox next door was bought off for $0. You can find this information through propertyshark/sharkestate or w.e. (1 real estate report per account).
Now that I think about it, none of us know why exactly this guy is so rich. He seemed to have a big presence before Comet Ping Pong, listening to the audio recordings of the neighborhood commission. He brought an army of followers to scare the commissioner. Treading his history may give a hint to when he got into the trade?

I wonder how rich the managers are? Do any of them have public records that are interesting. ?

This is stupid, sorry guys. But I would be curious of the managers' lifestyles. They are probably in the loop. The owners are in it for the depreciation, on the legal side, and offshore bank accounts on the shady side
