Should not speak for the sub, but here goes... We have seen them, and we agree with your assessment. The "woe is me" tactic has been on full display with shills coming to the sub being like, "you are ruining these good people's life with this ridiculous alt-right conspiracy" type of posting concern trolling. We should not spur witch-hunts but sharing information obtained from public social media account is hardly a witch-hunt.
