to be fair, we shouldnt assume every single time these logos or ones similar to them appear they're related to pedophilia. this is a site about children, its not far fetched they'd use a symbol related to loving children. i'd say this is just bad choice of logo, nothing sinister.

The 2 stylized balloon hearts are pretty unique, and placing them as butterfly wings accidentally seem against the odds. At first glance, a company called "Child Serve" with a pedo logo at least deserves some investigation, despite their stated mission.
