Well for me personaly, the Pizzagate thing was very upsetting, but led me to the Monarch Mind Control literature, followed by "Beginner's guide to fringe thought" on montalk.com. I feel that basically explains the forces behind this kind of thing, but also why we shouldn't worry too much about it.
