Speculation on what the orange means

Somewhere on the chans, there was an image, showing a girl standing in a shopping basket and holding an orange. I don't know if the image came from the instagram dumps or where exactly it originated. I think linking it here would not add any value.

What the shopping basket implies is obvious. It appears that the orange is doubling down on the same meaning.

As the title says, this is speculation and could mean nothing in most cases. But if you see an orange in a suspicious image, it could be a hint.
