Possible lobbyist connected ?

Richard Harding, a 46-year-old lobbyist, was discovered in an Internet crime sting.

there are 2 suspicious things about this one:

1. He lives very close to Comet ping pong
2. The article has been removed and there is noting else on google (except from 1 forum post)

he is also registered as sex offender(inc picture of him)- http://www.homefacts.com/offender-detail/DC002413/Richard-Barron-Harding.html

i didn't found anything else.. false alarm?
