HOLY SHIT! I went to the live instagram photo (http://archive.is/nG1um) and saw that on the bio of "mamahon" http://archive.is/E7xBN (she was agreeing with the other user who said she was jealous) there was a link to presumably her charity's website WHICH IS SPONSORED BY THE CLINTON FOUNDATION! (look at the bottom!)
