Can someone explain why this wikileak about Laura Silsby is dated 2001

I thought she went down in 2010?

Also, it doesn't show who sent or received this

My theory is that the data was missing and something/someone filled it in with 01/01/01.

I see 2015 in the PDF but on the actual wikileak website it says 2001. Not sure if it was a typo or something

If you go to the file directory on Wikileaks and click on podesta's (and some others I remember) emails, all of the emails say they were in 1984 (sometime in January I think)
