Can anyone explain to me why this wikileak about Laura Sibsly is dated 2001?

I thought she went down in 2010?

Also, this email doesn't say who it is from and who it is sent to?

Probably a default date. If you open the tab that says original PDF, I don't see date listed anywhere. I'm not sure how wikileaks did their transcribing but if it has a lot of automation, it certainly would have a default value for dating emails that have none listed.

No, because I can't provide a definite answer. I'm not speaking from the authority of wikileaks, I'm speaking from a background in computer automation. Its a very likely scenario.

The actions in the email took place in 2010. So another scenario is if it was hand transcribed, someone simply typed the year wrong and it really was transmitted in January 1st, 2010 rather than 2001.

I doubt anything nefarious is going on with the date on this.
