The man in charge runs a mining outfit.

I believe this organization to be the original iteration of the Initiatives and Foundations and organizations the Bush family was operating. I also believe the Clinton Foundation to be a clone of this entity.

If mining and human trafficking are so closely connected, then it would stand to reason that the mining magnates like Frank Giustra and people like Dr. Henry A. Fischer would know a great deal about it.
