Suspicious Link to Belgium Pedo Case?

So I found some strange pdf von wikileaks, don't know if it has already come up here. Also I don't know from which leak it comes from!

Some of you may know the case of Marc Dutroux who was arrested for child abduction in Belgium several years ago. On court he said he was working for an international child sex organziaton. I think you can lookup the rest for yourself about his case. Read about the incredible amounts of suspicious deaths around him!
