For those who don't know Miroslav Miskovic is a tycoon and the richest person in Serbia. It says in that link that Hitomi Financial is a front company he uses to launder money and God knows what else. Seems this thing goes a lot deeper than just the US. The global elite might be involved.

This is 2015, but the amount that the Japanese government willing to pay for lobbying corresponds to the amount paid by Hitomi Financial. Note: “hitomi” is a Japanese word.
