I want to say that the story you're referring to was some contractor in Afghanistan. I can't remember if they were linked to Stratfor somehow, or if it was just contained in a Stratfor intelligence file

That was DynCorp, I don't know if they're connected in anyway. DynCorp's parent company is Cerberus.
