I watched the whole exchange go down real-time. It was so strange. I understand that we need to tread lightly so this does not turn in to the Boston Bombers thing... But people provided proof as soon as possible to differentiate the one guy from Tsarnaev. When a redditor asked this guy to just prove, and or help, he left as quickly as he came to reddit.

As I see it, there's nothing wrong with this post. Nothing anyone could sue over. People just need to be careful about making direct accusations. How about posting a stickied "read this before posting" mod post asking people not to make direct accusations. Reddit can't be sued for people merely doing research. We can post about him without actually accusing him.
