Furthermore, in April of this year, Jurden is quoted as saying in 2016 in regards to recent human trafficking legislation passed in Delaware:

Superior Court President Judge Jan Jurden “is very concerned, as she believes that we continue to let cases slip by because they are not identified,” meeting minutes chronicled.

And the Beau Biden Foundation has the listed mission :

“We have seen the progress that can be made when society commits to shining a bright light on a crime like domestic violence, and we are seeing the beginning of what can be accomplished if we continue shining that bright light on child abuse. As adults, we have a legal and moral obligation to stand up and speak out for children who are being abused. These children cannot speak for themselves.”

Richards explicitly admitted to touching his 3 year old daughter in an inappropriate way on multiple occasions. You tell me what his foundation stands to represent then after everything else we already know.

Implicating Beau Biden is probably not going to go over well here on Reddit... But... Up until watching numerous C-Span videos of Joe Biden being creepy, and finding out about this shit yesterday I did not even mind Joe. Clearly this abuse is familial and it stands to reason that it is possible he was complicit.
